If your order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
Please avoid refusing the shipment. In most situations, it is better to accept delivery of your order and go through the standard return procedure. Refusing a shipment may increase the chances of the unit being lost in transit and may also result in a re-delivery charge. No goods are returnable for any reason without our authorization. In the event that a shipment was refused, we will wait for the unit to be returned back to the warehouse and inspected before issuing any refunds.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
