My item was damaged and I missed to note about the damage on the delivery receipt. Can I still get a replacement?

Modern Blaze will assume responsibility for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items under the following conditions:

  • The damage or the missing items are clearly noted on the delivery receipt (for freight shipments)
  • The damage or the missing items are reported within 24 hours

Please note that signing the delivery receipt means that you acknowledge that the item was received in good condition. A signed receipt without noting the damage voids our chances of being able to file for any damage claims. In the unlikely event that the receipt was signed and the unit was damaged, please email or call us right away (within 24 hours) and we'll do our best to help.
